With full planning, you’ll have me by your side every step of the way; I'll handle all the legwork to assemble the perfect vendor team for your day. I will also craft a personalized design plan that incorporates unique details and meaningful touches to every aspect of your event so that your event feels like an extension of you.
This includes budget management, a recommended vendor list, communication & payment management, and a design inspiration board. I will attend all meetings with other vendors/services providers, assist with timeline and layout for the event. This also includes booking and organizing the rehearsal, as necessary, plus the day of coordination.
Event coordination services for the day of your wedding, & 1-3 months out. This includes meeting to map out details, plus consultation & confirmation with your vendor list, timeline review, and day of coordination on site for up to 12 hours.
Starting with a consultation and design meeting I will provide you with a color palette and vision board, guidance on event details, and include a complementary timeline checklist.
